The Two Second Club, 0 to 60 MPH

The Two Second Club, 0 to 60 MPH

Fast cars

With so many very fast cars out there, you’d expect there to be many that can run from 0 to 60 miles per hour in under 3 seconds. It wasn’t too long ago that under 4 seconds use to be the mark to beat, but that has become too easy. Now Road & Track has upped the ante, upgrading its three second club to a two second club. How many cars made the cut?

Not many apparently. Only a few production cars can run from 0 to 60 mph in under 3 seconds and although most where European, the Nissan GT-R is one fast cookie, making the cut. The other cars where the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport and Porsche 911 Turbo S. Just three cars…so far. The video below says it all. Enjoy.
