GM recently announced the production of an all-new 2013 Chevy Trailblazer based on the next-gen Colorado pickup truck. While announced for the Asian market, we initially believed that there was a good chance it would come to North America, in light of the recent decision to bring the new Colorado (previously thought to be non-U.S.-bound) to the U.S. However, according to Inside Line, company spokespeople have said that there are no immediate plans to sell the new TrailBlazer SUV in the United States.
GM officials have said the new TrailBlazer will be initially built and sold in South America and Asia, but we won’t be surprise to see it sold in North America in a few years.
