McLaren has big aspirations. Traditionally known for just having one supercar, the company is aiming for a more comprehensive lineup this time around. The McLaren MP4-12C was only the beginning of what we can expect. To go along with its chiseled good looks, the British automaker’s latest supercar is also quite the performer, a fact recently demonstrated by the 7:28 seconds it recorded around the famous Nürburgring Nordschleife. For some perspective, that’s about 5 seconds faster than Ferrari 458 Italia record time.
