Along with the new Acura NSX concept, the ILX concept and the successor to the Acura RL, a prototype of the next-generation Acura RDX crossover will make its official debut at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show.
The 2013 RDX will still be based on the Honda CR-V and will be powered by a more a more powerful V6 engine, rather than the turbocharged 2.3L four-cylinder found in the current model. Despite offering more power, the V6 will be more fuel-efficient.
