Beating the likes of Porsche at anything is worth a lot of bragging rights. With its M35h (M hybrid), Infiniti felt it had a good shot at beating the new 2012 Porsche Panamera S Hybrid in a drag race. It recently released a new video featuring the M35 doing just that, making the luxury hybrid sedan the world’s fastest full Hybrid.
In the video, the M35h, with all of its 360 horsepower, finished the quarter mile in 13.4 seconds, beating the 380-HP Porsche Panamera S Hybrid by almost half-a-car’s length. We get the feeling that Infiniti will triumphantly tout this victory in quite a few of its upcoming commercials.
