Here you have it, folks — the first pictures of the Lamborghini Urus SUV, which will debut at the Auto China 2012 in Beijing. It’s what we imagined a Lamborghini SUV would look like and in many ways validates the few renders we’ve seen of the car.
The Urus SUV adopts many of Lamborghini‘s trademark design cues, including the sharp angular lines and wedged front fascia. A sloping roof gives it a coupe-like profile, while its wide stance — complimented by large wheels — helps deliver a menacing look.
Though details have not yet been provided, there is a good chance that the Urus will share a platform with the Bentley EXP 9 F and the next Porsche Cayenne, Audi Q7 and Volkswagen Touareg. Reports suggest it might be powered by a 5.2-liter V10 engine that produces approximately 584 hp (435 kW / 592 PS).
