Upping the styling ante at the Auto China 2012 in Beijing was the Peugeot Urban Crossover Concept, which is said to combine the height and the robustness of a modern SUV, the elegance and dynamism of new Peugeot saloons and the multi-role capability of a large vehicle.
A compact B-segment vehicle, the Urban Crossover is shorter than the Peugeot 3008. It’s a styling statement that “associates power and robustness by its posture and its contours; elegant, sensual and very dynamic lines; and refinement and technology in the treatment of exclusive details.” It allows young city dwellers to go about their daily business in a practical manner, all the while minimizing their carbon footprint.
Peugeot has said anything on whether there will be a production version.
