Chevrolet Cruze Sedan and Hatchback Get Updated Look [w/Video]

2013 Chevrolet Cruze

The cosmetically updated Chevrolet Cruze sedan and hatchback have been revealed and will likely make their debut at the 2012 Paris Motor Show.

So, what’s changed? Well, exterior updates include a revised front fascia with a horizontal-barred grille, instead of the mesh grille of the current model, and side air intakes that integrate new foglights. If that sounds and looks familiar, that’s because the Cruze Wagon — recently unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show — was the first model in the lineup to adopt the new look.

What we had not seen was the interior (until now, that is), which receives some rather conspicuous cosmetic updates. The center control stack receives more pseudo metal touches, while the navigation and infotainment screen has been moved to the center to make room for a small storage compartment atop.

European models get a new 1.7-liter VCDi engine making 130-hp (132 PS). No word on whether it would be offered in other global Cruzes.
