In the tuning world, few companies are as well-known as Mansory. The German tuning house has worked its magic on the new Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, managing to make the stunning Italian exotic even more stunning.
The firm’s new package, called the Mansory Carbonado, builds on the factory-made Aventador LP700-4 tuning package and adds even more lightweight materials. It replaces most of the car’s exterior panels with strong composite material — carbon fiber can be found in the front fascia, front lip spoiler, front fenders, hood, side sills, quarter panels, rear apron with integrated diffuser and large rear wing. Even the roof and engine compartment have been replaced with carbon fiber units. As for the weave pattern texture you see on the sheet-metal, that just accentuates the car’s carbon fiber innards.
In addition to the exterior modifications, the Mansory Carbonado also optimizes the Aventador’s engine-management system, adding a high-performance exhaust system to improve power output from the factory’s 700-hp and 510 lb-ft (690 Nm) of torque to 754-hp and 553 lb-ft (750 Nm). That of course means a 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) run drops from 2.9 seconds to 2.8 seconds, while top speed increases from 217 mph (349 km/h) to 221 mph (355 km/h).
Production of the Mansory Lamborghini Aventador Carbonado will be limited to just six units.
