Volkswagen is a big player globally. In South America, it enjoys one of the biggest market share. To help enforce its position in the region, the company has redesigned its Gol hatchback and Voyage sedan, the best-selling car in South America for almost 30 years.
For 2013, the two models adopt Volkswagen’s new corporate front fascia, which includes a revised grille, bumper and headlamps. In the back, you have new tail lamps and a restyled tail gate for the hatchback. Interior changes are more subtle, but include lighting and trim décor on the dashboard.
The engine lineup now includes a new bi-fuel 1.0-liter engine that makes 72-hp when using gasoline and 76-hp when using ethanol.
