Official photos of the all-new 2013 Toyota Auris have been revealed. Set to debut at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, the new hatchback goes on sale in early 2013.
Measuring 4,275 mm (186 inches) long, 1,760 mm (69 inches) wide and 1,460 mm (57 inches) high, the latest Auris is 30 mm (1.2 inches) longer and 55 mm (2.1 inches) lower than the model it replaces. The width remains unchanged, however.
The completely redesigned interior promises higher quality materials and special attention to the cohesive application of lighting, colours and finishes throughout. Cargo capacity has increased from 350 liters to 360 liters.
The Auris will initially be offered with a 1.4-liter diesel, as well as a 1.3-liter and larger 1.6-liter gasoline units. A hybrid powertrain will also be part of the lineup.
