Could the Cadillac Glamour Concept, teased in these pictures, be a preview of the flagship model that has been rumored for so long? It might just be.
As a large two-door coupe, the Glamour appears to be stylistically inspired by the seventh- and eighth-generation Eldorado models of the late 1960s and 1970s, featuring a large domed trunk lid and headlights that look inspired by the Ciel Concept. According to Clay Dean, Cadillac’s director of advanced design, the model could preview Cadillac’s next design direction.
At this point, it is not known whether the Glamour will be production-bound or whether it’s just a design study. However, given the momentum generated by Cadillac’s current and upcoming product blitz, we wouldn’t be surprised if we see it in some form sometime in the future.
