It was not too long ago that GM announced that the Opel Insignia-based Buick Regal, almost exactly like the one sold in China, would make its way to North America. And now a new picture of this North American version has found its way onto Facebook (yes, Facebook). The most noticeable difference is the slight augmentation of the grill and fog lights.
