PickupTrucks.com Picks the Top 10 Pickup Trucks of the Decade

Just after picking its top 10 pickup truck concepts of the decade, PickupTruck.com has followed up with its Top 10 Most Significant Pickup Trucks of the Decade. Unlike the concept trucks, we are talking about the real deal here. According to the trucking website, the past 10 years is considered the Decade of the Pickup Truck, even though the segment has taken a beating from rising fuel prices and the economic downturn.

So which pickup trucks made the best impression in the past 10 years? As you would expect, the top-selling Ford F150 made the cut. However, the other trucks on the list, including the adrenaline-pumping 2010 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, all made a name for themselves and, according to the criteria used, all introduced new innovations that pushed the segment to new limits.
