It wasn’t too long ago that Bentley launched its new GT Coupe. Now, a new member will be added to the model’s lineup. As a convertible, the new 2012 Bentley Continental GTC is essentially a GT Coupe that allows its occupants to enjoy the sun a lot more.
Like the GT Coupe, the 2012 Continental GTC uses the same 6.0-liter W12 engine that produces 567 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque. With a six-speed automatic transmission, the coupe can run from 0-60 miles per hour in 4.5 seconds and to a top speed of 195 mph.
The 2012 Continental GTC features the same upgraded interior as the coupe, including a reshaped dashboard with a new instrument panel, navigation system and touch-screen interface for the audio. Of course, there will be plenty of color choices available. And for the lovers of bling and everything shiny, twenty-inch wheels come standard, while 21-inch wheels are optional.
The Bentley Continental GTC is now available to order. Deliveries are expected to begin in late 2011. Pricing in the UK starts from £149,350, in the U.S. from $212,800 MSRP, and in Japan from ¥26,400,000.
