Surface Preparation

Regardless of the type of dent puller you use, the first step is to always clean the dented surface to remove any substances that can interfere with your dent puller’s grip.

Ideally, your car should be washed beforehand with a quality car wash soap; however, don’t apply car wax, paint sealant, or ceramic coat like you normally would.
